With the first real storm system of the season rolling through the Wasatch, my father and I pulled out the powder skis and headed up to Alta. The drive is officially known as Utah state highway 210, geographically know as Little Cottonwood Canyon, and unofficially known as the epicenter for the greatest snow on earth (except maybe this season). Well it dumped all day long. I have never been so excited to ski in white out conditions. It was relatively wet snow, but it sure was fun.
